GLAM’s Cataloguing Working Party has just released a draft of its Guidelines for the cataloging of literary archives and manuscripts. The Guidelines include:

  • A practical guide to archival description, using literary examples to explain the data elements required by international standards
  • A thesaurus of preferred terms
  • A glossary
